Alanna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University and an Executive Master Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University. She later received a Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law. During law school, Alanna was a member of the Black Law Student Union and a distinguished participant of the Thurgood Marshall Trial and Advocacy Group, where she refined her litigation and advocacy skills.
Alanna is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Maryland and is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Maryland Bar Association. She regularly volunteers with both the Connecticut Bar Association’s Attorney Volunteer Program and the Connecticut’s Lawyers for Children of America, representing families in cases involving child neglect and abandonment.
Alanna is an experienced courtroom advocate who frequently appears in the Connecticut courts. She is known for her confident presence, persuasive legal arguments, and meticulous preparation.Alanna believes every case has a story worth hearing.
